Black Vans & Law Enforcement Spotted in Northgate.

Sorry for the garbage photo quality; my camera is a glorified potato.

I noticed a bunch of unmarked black vans parked in the fenced-off apartments in Northgate (the lot right next to the Target with the Seattle Housing Authority Signs). Several were wearing helmets and bulletproof vests. I couldn’t get close enough to make out any departmental markings.

Has anyone heard/seen anything about potential ICE activity in the area? Or is this some other police operation?
