I’ve lived in Seattle since 2020, and I’ve noticed these metal hanging art pieces all over the city. Interbay, Capitol Hill, SODO, Green Lake, the International District. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place, but does anyone know who the artist is or if this is part of a larger project? Any info would be welcome; I’m so curious.
