ORCA tap to pay launching end of next month (tentatively)

Today’s ORCA Joint Board Meeting covered an update to the tap-to-pay launch, which lists an end-of-February launch system-wide and a soft launch on the G line starting at the beginning of Feb.

This is not the same as ORCA card getting added to apple wallet (though it’s available in Google wallet). It’s only for single adult rider fares. According to the link above “There are no RRFP categories or ORCA products that can be used/loaded.”
