Senior cat pedicure

Just like it sounds, I have a 17-year old cat who turns into a feral hellbeast if I try to trim her nails. Last time I did this, she bit me and I was on antibiotics for a week. Is there a groomer where they can sedate her or be prepared for her attitude? She has those thick toenails where the groomer would need to crack ’em and flake off all the old nail material. I have included a picture of the client in question. I think she’d be a lot more comfortable if we could get some of the crud off her toes but she has opinions on that.
