5:08 PM: Thanks for all the tips and visuals; they went right over our house, low, along the way. One is on radar, which showed it as a Black Hawk from Joint Base Lewis McChord south of Tacoma, only about 750 feet up. They often come this way on training flights; no other occasion that we can discern so far.

5:20 PM: Radar shows they’re headed back toward the base, currently southbound along Colvos Passage on the west side of Vashon Island.
